John Bollinger (drums, vibraphone, bass, voice) and Dan Kaufman (guitar, voice) have played together in the avant-rock group Barbez since 2001. This is their duo: an indescribable melange of ecstatic riffs, delicate textures, and earthy vocals.

They are currently recording their debut album with the inestimable Martin Bisi.
